The legacy technologies and methods for the detection of residual contamination by UXO and DMM at both current and former testing/training ranges were grossly inefficient, expensive, and most importantly – incapable of providing an archival record of the geospatial location for any detected anomaly.
Revolutionary advances in sensor hardware, data acquisition and processing software, and the incorporation of sophisticated geolocation technologies have overcome the technical insufficiencies that limited the ability to execute meaningful and cost effective environmental remediation efforts.
The Temsense™ sensor platform incorporates the decades of cumulative knowledge and experience of its principals, providing the ordnance remediation community a DAGCAP approved system which may be used in both dynamic, cued and one-pass modes to detect and classify buried UXO and DMM targets.
